The details of Michael Jackson's will were released today. He named his mother as administrator of his and his children's estates. Nowhere in the will was his father Joe mentioned, but that could well be because they led him to believe they had separated. They have not, which means Joe can still get his hands on that money.
However, if they thought they could be like the Presleys and create a tourist mecca out of Neverland they were sadly mistaken. Michael lost most of his equity in the property a while back, but retained a small piece, where his family hoped to bury him. Permission to do so was denied, and now the Jacksons say that "Plans are underway regarding a public memorial for Michael Jackson, and we will announce those plans shortly." I hope to hell that his children's futures will be protected with trust funds or something. These people will blow through the whole wad in a year or less. They'll probably end up in bankruptcy again.
