The original AngelsNot even close, actually. The alleged incident occurred in Honduras. First reported as a suicide attempt, then as a gun cleaning gone wrong, the story of another Angel in danger so soon after losing Farrah got everyone twisted.
Not to worry, Charlie! Jaclyn Smith is "alive and well in Los Angeles". Most importantly, everyone knows Angels don't clean guns - they leave that to the guys downstairs. You know, the ones with cloven hooves and lousy air conditioning.
Seriously, the woman injured was not Jaclyn but her stunt double. I'm not sure what a woman of Jaclyn's age would need a stunt double for, but I wish the poor girl a speedy recovery.
