Bye girlsThe long running series Gilmore Girls had it’s series finale last week. The show was cancelled because of ratings though it was widely reported that Alexis Bledel was desperate to leave so she could make more traveling pants movies. I dearly loved this show for many seasons but in my opinion it all went down hill after Rory stole a boat. You just can’t come back from that. So good-bye Gilmore Girls! I will miss your speed talking and your obscure references.
There are not too many other series finales coming up except for 7th Heaven (which has been on for 77 years) and The King of Queens. I will not miss either of these two shows in the slightest. As for season finales, Lost will do it’s usual extremely long and confusing 2 hour finale. The show has just been renewed for three more years which means they do not have to answer anything in the finale which will cause me to scream a lot. Grey’s Anatomy’s will end with a wedding, some mcwhining and Addison leaving to go launch her spin-off. And of course, for my beloved Office, well it doesn’t matter what happens because it is the best show on television.
