RayRayRayRaySeriously. Her outfits are just always great and this is just how she dresses when she is running errands. Yes, the girl who started off as that annoying girl from The O.C. has come a long way. She has a bunch of films coming out, is dating Hayden (Christensen not Pannetiere) and is a designer's dream. Lord knows she dresses better than her former co-star Mischa Barton whose attempts to wear au couture are usually laughable.RachelRachel

Obviously you know nothing about the fashion industry or you wouldn't be making these niave comments. Nobody at 5ft tall can even possibly attempt to model high end fashion. Rachel as such a tiny girl is obligated to have to give serious thought on how she dresses as most clothes will be a fuck-up on her.
