Wearing the only lei she's getting these daysGuess Denise was out sick for that Parenting Without Conflict class. No wonder Richie Sambora bailed when he could. He probably still wakes up screaming.
The alleged House of Fleiss alumni may have hung up her pom-poms, but she hasn't lost her penchant for malicious prosecution. In response to Charlie's request for a child care provider of his own choosing to supervise his visitation, Denise has filed a new order asking that his overnight visits be terminated due to his inappropriate behavior. Her claims include yelling, cursing, hitting the family dog, threatening to hit Lola and completely ignoring younger sibling Sam. The fodder for these lurid claims comes from Denise's child care provider ... who just happens to also be her loyal assistant. She also claims that Charlie still has a thing for underage girls and that he reveals his peepee on the Internet. Interestingly enough, Denise's filing also mentions her disapproval of Charlie's announcement of his engagement to Brooke Mueller in a TV interview, claiming "they did it for the press ... he wanted to get the cover of People and Us magazine." Wow. If that isn't the pot calling the kettle black.
In New York, a party bringing malicious suit in a child support proceeding can lose custody if their allegations prove to be unfounded. That bitch should count her stars that she's on the left coast and not the right.
