HilaryHilary Duff was seen at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party in this interesting ensemble. Sortuv Johnny Depp in Pirates meets Emily Dickinson. I get that Hilary is trying to break free of the cookie cutter image but this is just bad. The boots are just a bit too much. And of course, what party would be complete without an appearence by Hayden? She is on the hottest show on TV and it is an action, hour long drama which requires many hours yet Hayden manages to attend every party ever.
