Despite his best attempts to keep things civil and out of court, Denise is forcing another court brawl over the kids ... and this time he's calling her out.
While Charlie hasn't always been a pillar of virtue, he's always seemed to be a good dad, and his daughters look happier when they're with him and his fiancee, Brooke, than when they're with their mother. In retaliation for Charlie's asking the court's permission to hire his own child care provider (thus cutting off her snitch), Denise has filed a motion to terminate his overnight visits, citing his alleged fondness for viewing underage girls online. This old charge was never proven; Charlie says the FBI came and took every computer he had, and returned them without a word.
Charlie also says Denise has been trying to sabotage his relationship with Brooke from the start, first begging him for a sperm sample because she wanted another child (not because she wanted to trap him as a cheater), then befriending Brooke to put her guard down so she could get close enough to beg him back again. The old Locklear-Sambora ploy ... didn't work this time. Hopefully the court will see her machinations for what they are and nip this crap in the bud. Sam and Lola have been through enough already. God only knows what that twisted bitch is feeding their heads. She may be straight, but she makes Britney look like June Cleaver.
