I'd still hit it, though. Kiefer is a hottie. Too bad he's also a wicked drunk. He blew a .22 on the Breathalyzer - just .02 more and he could have said he did it for the show.

Kiefer's days of drunken debauchery may be over, however. This is his fourth DUI arrest - he was popped in 1988, 1993 and 2004. As a matter of fact, he's still on probation for the '04 charge, and to make matters worse, the judge he's scheduled to appear before is the one who presided over the '04 case ... and the one who sent Paris to the slammer for 45 days. Hope he's a "24" fan.
The arrest stats peg Sutherland as 5'10" and 150 lbs. He doesn't look that skinny - you'd think he'd be Doherty scarecrow-looking at that height and weight. Guess he just carries it well. His mugshot hasn't popped up on TMZ or Smoking Gun yet, but give it time. I'm sure it will. The cops did say that he was a gentleman throughout the ordeal. What effect, if any, this will have on filming for "24" remains unknown. With his record he should face mandatory jail time, but because he's a celebrity it will probably be measured in hours as opposed to days or months.
