PenelopeThough I have to say this movie is making me a little self-conscious because I have been told I look a bit like Christina Ricci except my nose is a bit more upturned. Anyway, "Penelope" is a modern day fairytale about a girl who was cursed with a pig nose and must find true love to break the spell. Sortuv a Frog Prince but less obvious and the frog is a girl who wears Uggs. Anyway this has the makings of a great movie. It stars Christina Ricci who is returning from a long hiatus. And as good as Black Snake Moan was (though that girl sure got skinny for that movie) I have a feeling this will appeal to a broader audience. The boy who sees past the snout is James McAvoy, my favorite actor of the moment and Reese Witherspoon also co-stars and produces. And you know Reese wouldn't produce some dinky film. Anyway it comes out in the next few weeks and everyone must see it.
