Neil Patrick HarrisNeil Patrick Harris recently spoke out about the use of famous people guest-starring on shows to boost ratings in order to compete with an "awkward celebrity dance show." I wonder who he was referring to? Basically Neil was just trying to say that his show, "How I Met Your Mother," was awesome before Britney Spears came along. However not that many people were watching before BritBrit came along and you have to admit she got people to watch and realize that the show with a really long name and that girl from Buffy is par excellente. Neil just doesn't want famous cameos to outshine the brilliant writing but then you may be on the wrong show Neil (though I hope not because you are awesome on it.) Within this season you have already had Heidi Klum, Vanessa Minnilo, Sarah Chalke, John Cho, Lindsay Price and a slew of other Victoria's Secret models. On last night's episode alone you had James VanderBeek (who I think should get a sitcom), Alan Thicke and the musical artist Tiffany. I am not saying you are Will & Grace yet (name an actor who hasn't been on that show) but you may be on your away. And it has been confirmed that Briney will be back. She also did an episode of Will & Grace. Also, kudos on the stunning plot twist last night. I didn't see it coming until 10 minutes before it happened!Heidi on HIMYMBritney and Sarah Chalke
