Last night she wore this beautiful Christian Dior green dress to a party for, well Christian Dior. Little Leighton held her own next to the likes of Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lopez. Leighton has been pretty busy lately with the first season of Gossip Girl wrapping up (the season finale looks très wonderful) and a recent guest appearence on Entourage. Leighton appeared on that show B.G.G. when she was just another nameless actress. Must be nice to come back now as a beloved television bitch.
