Gossip Girl cast at Nylon partyOn May 14, I was lucky enough to attend Nylon Magazine's "Young Hollywood" party at Amalia in New York City. The party was "hosted" ( I put it in quotations to connote that Leighton Meester and Blake Lively's hosting duties consisted of them showing up and looking pretty and I am pretty sure Leighton was only there for 30 minutes.) Anyway, the rumors are true. The cast is just as beautiful as you imagine and even thinner in real life. Leighton was surrounded by an entourage and seemed like the life of the party while Blake remained close to Penn Badgley and seemed to want to leave the minute it got crowded. Chase Crawford seemed to be the friendliest and I happened to stand next to him for 3 minutes so it is like we are good friends now. Sadly Chuck, Jenny and Eric were not there (I know they have real names but they weren't there so I am not looking them up.) I would have loved to see Chuck (fine. Ed Westwick) not wearing a bright orange coat and plaid pants though that would have been entertaining. Michelle Trachtenberg, aka Georgina, and her best friend Lydia Hearst were in attendence as well. Other celeb spottings included Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Lindsay Price. Eliza Dushku and Zachary Levi (from the show Chuck) who touched my friend's boob. I don't need to see celebrities for like another year now.Little LeightonBlake Lively at Nylon party
