Joanna Garcia on PrivilegedPrivileged has been given the ultimate Christmas gift: a coveted time slot. The show has moved from Tuesdays at 9 to Mondays at 9 which means it follows Gossip Girl which is kinduv like putting a show after Friends on Thursday nights. People are so addicted to that hour of television that they won't change the channel out of fear that they will never get back to it. And Gossip Girl has been damn good lately with Jenny's little path to rebellion symbolized by her punk haircut and skunk mascara, Serena's crazy cleavage, Nate's downward spiral into the middle class which followed his spiral into male prostitution. Also, may I ask what was the big deal about Vanessa's dress being see-through on tonight's episode? First of all she has a rockin' bod. Second, Serena runs around in friggin' teddys and high heels so why would the writers suddenly think a sheer dress was scandolous. Third, Nate was actually a prostitute earlier in the season so what could possibly top that.
