Uncanny resemblanceWho is she kidding? Trash talking grand dame Faye Dunaway, who was an acting legend before she was even born. Duff has yet to do anything even moderately successful, other than Lizzie McGuire. And that, my friends, sucked.

She has, however, gotten some modeling and endorsement gigs. From the neck down she doesn't look half bad, even in this ridiculous get-up - a backless t-shirt. Apparently this ensemble is a part of a new line for DKNY called Femme. Hmm. Looks to be a big hit.

As far as looks go, Hilary shouldn't be so quick to knock Faye's. She told E! that "I might be mad if I looked like that now, too." Uh, hey, horseface. You two look so alike you could be mother and daughter. The difference is Faye is 68; you'll look like that in another ten years or so. Soon to be seen on clearance racks and in thrift stores: (the clothes, not the girl)

Hilary at the airport wearing ornamentsAfter a careful analysis of Hilary Duff's jewelry states I have come to the conclusion that this girl is all about the giant bling. Like the girl wears comically large earrings. Almost cartoonish. If she is not wearing those very heavy-looking gold hoops then she is basically wearing Christmas ornaments on her ears and calling them earrings. See for yourself. HilaryHil's hoops

Hilary as GretaI had to know. I had to know why she was in a dress in the water and why she wearing so much eye makeup and jewelry and....well I found none of those things out. However, I did find a basic plot outline which is that she plays a waitress who falls for the cook in her restaurant despite her parent's disapproval of her falling for a chef. Obviously they disapprove because the cook could really mess up her waitressing dreams? In a restaurant, isn't the cook above a waitress? This film doesn't make sense like many of Hil's films. Like how could you not recognize someone who barely had a mask on their face that you saw everyday?

HilaryHilary Duff strutted her stuff at the Premios MTV Latinoamérica (the Latin American MTV Video Awards) at Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes. I don't think Hilary has any Latino blood in her but I know she likes Mexican food because she made it once on her two day reality special. So maybe she just went down to get some food and decided to sing the only song she sings from her album because the rest were crap but this one is slightly less crappy.

Hilary as GretaThe other day she was whoring it up at the beach and today she is in this interesting dress wearing a book as an accessory for her new film Greta. Maybe she plays a crazy book nerd who likes to swim. I just pray that this may be the first film that doesn't have one of her songs playing in the background (though I am not going to lie. I actually really like Hilary Duff songs. They have a calming sense about them). But when an actor/singer's song plays during the film it totally takes you out of the film. Like in A Walk to Remember (Mandy Moore's first major foray into mellow dramas) as Mandy is dancing with her boyfriend Landon, supposedly dying of Leukemia we then hear her delightful duet with Jonathan Foreman coming over and I'm like why is Mandy Moore all pasty? Just don't over expose yourself more than you have Hilary. It may be too late to say this to someone who has had tv shows, movies, clothing lines, jewelry lines, a new perfume line, CDs and a reality special on MTV.
