Lori PettyLori Petty used to be a pretty big deal. She starred as Patrick Swayze's love interest in Point Break, and co-starred with Madonna and Rosie O'Donnell in A League Of Their Own. She also hit and injured a skateboarder in Venice earlier this year. Yet she's being allowed to plead no contest to the DUI, copping instead to causing bodily harm. No DUI. Not even a charge for driving without proof of insurance. She'll get 60 days of alcohol rehab, probation and about $500 in fines.

Once again, that left coast justice machine has churned out another celebrity miscarriage of justice. A DUI is a DUI - it shouldn't matter who you are. If you're stupid enough to drink and drive then you should be punished. And you should face the same penalty no matter who you are or what you do.

Here on the East coast, we take things like drunk driving very seriously. Here on the Island, in particular, if you get popped for DUI not only will you lose your license and spend at least one night in jail, but they confiscate your vehicle. If you get behind the wheel drunk and hurt someone, you could be charged with homicide and face the rest of your life in prison. As well it should be. I hope the parents of the boarder she hit sue the hell out of her.

C'MON. GIVE ROSIE A KISSI used to be so fond of Rosie O'Donnell. Way back in the day, before anyone really knew who she was, Rosie was a VJ on VH1. She pretended to have a mad crush on Greg Louganis, which is pretty funny now considering we've since learned they're both quite gay.

But Rosie's not the same funny girl from Lon Gisland that she used to be. With fame has come a very big head. Rosie can be a handful. When she wants she can be absolutely insufferable. As a result, she's not working much these days. Her last attempt at entertainment, that miserable variety show, was a disaster of epic proportions. As is her smile makeover.

WTF is up with the giant Chiclet teeth? How can anyone get those mammoth veneer slabs jammed into their mouth and not be appalled? In addition to being way too big, they're also way too white; they don't match her bottom teeth at all. That's not a smile. That's the last thing you'd see when dining with Hannibal Lector. Her poor children must be terrified.

Can only afford 1 coat of orangeI know what you're thinking, that Lindsay's New Year's tipple is the big story. It's not the first time she's jumped into a bottle since rehab, it's just the first time she forgot about the cameras. By then she was so banged out and wasted Rosie O'Donnell could have been standing there and she wouldn't have noticed.

Unless, of course, Rosie was waving a blank check or a roll of 50's. Blohan is broke and her prospects aren't looking too bright. Her days of commanding multi-million-dollar fees for her roles are history. Like Greasy Bear Brandon Davis, Lindsay now has to resort to mooching off her friends for pocket money. She's got some kind of endorsement deal with the Ariva folks, but they're keeping it hush-hush because the dumb bitch is always smoking in public. Adding insult to injury is the $120,000 fee ex-boyfriend Riley Giles got for his stick-and-tell in News Of The World. Anyone could see she took those pictures herself! Her mother was so outraged she immediately got Riley's mother on the phone so she could demand her cut. For Lindsay's sake, of course. Nobody exploits their daughter like Mama Lohan.

Trump: Attractiveness, you're fired!

The often outspoken billionaire, Mr. Donald Trump, has done it again.

If as his verbal battle with Rosie O'Donnell earlier this year wasn't enough to keep his name ringing in gossip circles and late night talk shows, Trump has managed to "Trump" his former insults with a whole new breed!

Trump claims to be "unimpressed" with Hollywood heavy-hitters, calling Angelina Jolie, "no great beauty," and George Clooney, "short." What would provoke an eyesore such as Trump to make these remarks? Well, he insists because of his position as proprietor of the Miss USA pageant, he is an authority on who is hot and who is not!

In addition Trump went on to say more about Jolie, stating, "Angelina Jolie is sort of amazing because everyone thinks she's like this great beauty. And I'm not saying she's an unattractive woman, but she's not beauty, by any stretch of the imagination."

How could one man with such bad hair be oh-so-foolish? Not only is Angelina physically breathtaking, but with all the humanitarian work she's done all over the globe, she's beautiful inside and out!

Oh Trump, you really should be careful of what you say! Do you think your wife, Melania, a former model herself is with you for your looks? We don't think so! Even with all of his fame and fortune, Trump is a true example of the saying, "You can't buy class."

Calling other people ugly won't make you pretty, baby!

If it worked, why be ashamed?So far this week we re realized Nicole was pregnant and became frustrated at the obvious Kelly photoshop. Now Star Jones is finally admitting she had gastric bypass surgery.

Of coarse you did, Star! Rosie has been saying that from day 1 and Jones has kept on denying it. I'm not sure why, it isn't really anything to be ashamed of. Most people don't take issue when someone makes a lifestyle change to become healthier.

But, because we didn't already know, it's a big announcement! Star Jones underwent gastric bypass surgery and Rosie was right. O'Donnell seems like she would be the smug type that is just loving being proven right.
